Email is the official support channel for the store. For an existing order, write from the email address used at checkout whenever possible.

Order and delivery help

Use the subject “Order help — [your order number]” and include:

  • your cool&curious order number;
  • the name and email used at checkout;
  • a short description of what you need; and
  • clear photos of the poster and packaging if anything arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Payment support

If your bank shows a debit but the site did not confirm the order, do not immediately pay again. Check for Razorpay's payment confirmation, then email us with the approximate time, amount, checkout email and any Razorpay payment ID visible to you. Do not send card or banking credentials.

A payment marked pending or authorised may still require confirmation from the payment network. We will compare the payment reference with our order records before confirming fulfilment.

Complaints and escalation

cool&curious is the designated customer-care and grievance contact for the store. For a complaint, use the subject “Complaint — cool&curious” and explain the outcome you are seeking. Include the order number and supporting material where relevant. We will acknowledge and address complaints in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Privacy requests

To ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held by the store, email from the address connected with the order and use the subject “Privacy request — cool&curious”. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before disclosing or changing a record.

Stay secure

cool&curious will never ask you to email a full card number, CVV, banking password, OTP or UPI PIN. Payments should be completed only through the Razorpay window opened from coolcurious.store.
