The store and these terms

cool&curious is an India-based independent online store offering multi-piece wall posters. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean cool&curious; “you” means the visitor or customer.

By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering a contract, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

Products, sizes and presentation

Each design is supplied as individually printed A4 pieces intended to be arranged together as one wall composition:

• Standard (A2): 4 A4 pieces in a 2 × 2 arrangement. Overall size is 420 × 594 mm in portrait or 594 × 420 mm in landscape.
• Large (A1): 8 A4 pieces in a 2-column × 4-row portrait arrangement or 4-column × 2-row landscape arrangement. Overall size is 594 × 841 mm in portrait or 841 × 594 mm in landscape.

The listing identifies the design, orientation, included pieces, price and intended overall dimensions. Frames, wall fixtures and installation services are not included unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

Screen settings, lighting, print production and the way pieces are aligned can cause modest differences in colour, scale or spacing from on-screen images. We may improve minor production details without changing the central design or ordered size.

Prices, orders and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The payable amount for the selected poster and size is shown before Razorpay Checkout opens. Any additional compulsory charge will be disclosed before you authorise payment.

When you submit checkout details, you confirm that they are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Razorpay processes the payment. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified. A payment attempt, pending bank debit or Razorpay order ID alone does not confirm fulfilment.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, inability to produce the item, an invalid delivery location, or another lawful reason. If we cancel after receiving a captured payment, we will initiate a refund of the amount received for that order.

Production and delivery

We currently accept delivery only to supported Bengaluru addresses whose six-digit pincode begins with 560. This is a deliberately limited service area and does not include every address in Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural or the wider metropolitan region.

Orders are ordinarily prepared and delivered within an estimated 3–7 days after payment confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production, courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, address availability and events outside reasonable control may cause delay.

Orders are prepared for the delivery details entered at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete Bengaluru address, reachable Indian mobile number and correct 560xxx pincode. Contact us promptly if something is wrong; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after printing or dispatch begins.

When delivery fails because the address or contact details supplied were incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery costs may apply before another attempt is arranged, to the extent permitted by law.

Cancellations, issues and refunds

You may request cancellation before printing begins. Contact us as soon as possible with the order number. Once printing has begun, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not accepted because each order is produced for the selected design and size.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the poster pieces and packaging. Keep the pieces and packaging until we respond, and do not send anything back without return instructions.

For a valid reported problem, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. When a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method where practicable; bank or payment-provider processing time is outside our direct control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy you have under applicable law.

Using the website and artwork

You may use the site for personal shopping and share links to its public pages. You must not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the store at scale, upload malicious code, or use the checkout unlawfully.

The website, brand presentation, product photographs, artwork, copy and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Buying a physical poster does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell copies, digitise or commercially exploit the design.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but short interruptions or genuine errors can occur. We may update or withdraw content, products or features without affecting orders already confirmed, except where a change is reasonably necessary to complete or correct an order.

To the extent permitted by law, we are responsible for direct loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or a consumer's non-waivable statutory rights.

Razorpay and other linked third-party services operate under their own terms. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller, but do not control a third party's independent systems.

Applicable law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts, tribunals and consumer commissions will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. Nothing here restricts your right to approach a competent consumer authority or commission.

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. Material changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an already confirmed order. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
